for the answered prayers we have received today. My husband was able to fix our truck (it broke down during the blizzard). It took him two days though, but he did it. With his rheumatoid arthritis it took him longer than usual. My daughter paid for all of the parts we needed and any extra stuff we had to have to get it on the road again (like fix a flat; bad tire went flat while sitting for three weeks and not moving). I am so glad she helped us out when we needed it most. And the parts could have cost us up to three hundred dollars, but they ended up only costing about a hundred. So, the Lord answered our prayers and I cannot thank and praise Him enough.
But, the most important prayer of all was this one. My husband has been attending church with me for a couple of months now. And he always will tell me to pray if there is a need. But last night he told me that he had been praying the whole time that he was working on the truck that the Lord would help him to fix it right and that nothing would go wrong. He Was Praying to the Lord... and the Lord did answer it. Now we all know the Lord can answer anytime and anyway He wants. I see answered prayers all the time. But, this time Gordon's prayers was answered and he recognized it as the Lord answering them not him doing something himself for himself with no one's help. The Lord is good and I praise Him for showing Himself real to Gordon.
Posting when I can; praying I can post more often. Wanting to develop a better blog; praying I have more opportunities to turn this into the blog it is meant to be.
